Linda Jacob, DDS

Dr. Linda Jacob graduated from New York University College of Dentistry in 2006. Prior to this, she graduated from Kasturba Medical College – College of Dentistry, Manipal, in 1992 with Bachelor of Dental Surgery.

Kendall Perez, RDH

Kendall joined the Sunrise Dental team since 2019 and is a Licensed Dental Hygienist. She has been in the dental field for over 16 years since graduating from Northeastern University.

Kialani Johnson, RDA

Kialani joined Dr. Jacobs practice in the beginning of 2019. In 2014 she graduated from Concorde Career College; where she obtained her license to become a registered dental assistant. 

Lauren West, RDA

Lauren has been in the dental field for over 14 years and is a Licensed Dental Assistant. She has been with the Sunrise Dental team since 2012 and she is cross-trained in both front and back operations.
